1. Parties and Definitions
Service Provider: CafeRest360
Member: Natural or legal person who accepts to benefit from the service by filling out the application form
2. Subject of Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the use of the restaurant and cafe management system software service provided by CafeRest360.
3. Membership Application and Acceptance
Membership application is made by filling out the application form and accepting the Privacy Policy and Contact Terms. The application is evaluated and approved by CafeRest360.
4. Membership Conditions
Required conditions for membership:
- Being 18 years of age or having legal representative approval
- Valid email address and phone number
- Payment of annual subscription fee
- Acceptance of Privacy Policy and Contact Terms
5. Membership Fee and Payment
Membership Fee: Monthly 25,00 USD (Annual payment: 300,00 USD)
Payment Method: Credit card or bank transfer
Payment Period: Annual (12-month commitment)
6. Member's Rights
- Right to benefit from the service
- Right to receive 24/7 technical support
- Right to benefit from free updates
- Right to protection of personal data
- Right to cancel membership
7. Member's Obligations
- To provide accurate and up-to-date information
- To keep account information secure
- To use the service in accordance with laws
- To respect the rights of third parties
- To fulfill payment obligations
- Not to copy, distribute, or use the software for commercial purposes
8. Service Provider's Obligations
- To ensure uninterrupted operation of the service
- To provide 24/7 technical support
- To take security measures
- To protect personal data
- To provide free updates
9. Membership Cancellation
The member can cancel their membership at any time. The cancellation request must be sent in writing to caferest360@gmail.com . Cancellation becomes effective from the next payment period.
10. Service Provider's Right to Cancel
CafeRest360 may cancel membership in the following cases:
- Violation of agreement terms
- Illegal use
- Non-fulfillment of payment obligations
- Violation of other members' rights
11. Intellectual Property
CafeRest360 software and all its content belong to CafeRest360. The member has the right to use the software only for their own business.

13. Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement. Istanbul Courts are authorized.
14. Agreement Changes
CafeRest360 reserves the right to change this agreement by giving prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website.
